Unit Requests
Military units can request support for various functions, in the form of food, comfort or relaxation.
Fort McCoy area:
Submit requests for one of the following options to EHazlett@uso.org.
To request the Yellow Ribbon program, support at a mobilization event, deployment kits (toiletries or snack packs), or the Bob Hope Legacy Reading Program (recording of to-be-deployed-parent reading a child’s book), submit the Mobilizing Support Form.
For military use of the Mobile Truck USO Center, including troop transit support, submit the Mobile Truck Request Form.
For general support of troops at Fort McCoy, such as check out of sporting equipment or request for a movie night, submit the Troop Support Form.
For community event support from the USO, submit the Community Event Support Form.
All of Wisconsin, other than the Fort McCoy area:
To request a unit family day or holiday party, tickets for the unit to attend a sporting or entertainment event, a deployment event, mobilization event, the Yellow Ribbon program, the Bob Hope Legacy Reading Program (recording of to-be-deployed-parent reading a child’s book), or welcome home ceremony, submit the USO Unit Request Form to Events@UsoWisconsin.org.
