USO WISCONSIN GETS NEW TRUCK
January 22, 2018 MILWAUKEE — USO Wisconsin has a new truck for the troops.
The truck serves the military at Fort McCoy, La Crosse Regional Airport and other areas around Wisconsin — providing snacks, toiletries and most importantly, Wi-Fi so troops can contact family.
The truck got a fresh paint job in Waukesha Monday, Jan. 22. The old truck, purchased back in 2015, was falling apart, so the USO hosted a radio-thon and with the proceeds and generous donations from the community, $42,000 was raised for the new truck.
