Currently serving service members and military spouses are invited to take a well-deserved break and enjoy a relaxing morning of self-care with the USO.
This wellness-focused program is designed to provide a calm and welcoming space to unwind, recharge, and connect with others in the military community. The morning will include guided yoga, light refreshments, and giveaways. This event is for adults only.
