Currently serving service members and military spouses are invited to take a well-deserved break and enjoy a relaxing morning of self-care with the USO.
This wellness-focused program is designed to provide a calm and welcoming space to unwind, recharge, and connect with others in the military community. The morning will include guided yoga, light refreshments, and giveaways.
