When I was given the tragic news of my oldest son and was trying to reach my deployed airman, Joe, you took me in and treated me so beautifully. My son had died and you helped me through those first few hours. You gave me privacy as I made those heart-wrenching phone calls, particularly the call to my airman to tell him the news. Keep doing what you’re doing. Keep helping and supporting. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your kindness and understanding will never be forgotten.
